Cincinnati Reds invite outfielder Craig Wilson to spring training

Outfielder Craig Wilson agreed Saturday to a minor league contract with the Cincinnati Reds and was invited to spring training.

The 31-year-old Wilson batted .172 with one home run and two RBIs in 24 games with the Braves last season.

He has a career batting average of .262 with 99 home runs and 292 RBIs over seven seasons with the Braves, Pirates and Yankees.
